Rootbound
Two lives rise together, not in symmetry, but in trust.
Rootbound captures the unseen architecture of connection—the place where intimacy truly lives. Beneath the surface, two plants intertwine at the roots, spiraling around one another like a living strand of DNA. What binds them is not dominance, nor dependence, but shared growth. Each root bends, adapts, and yields space so the other may thrive. Encased within a transparent glass vase, the system is fully exposed—there is no hiding here.
At the center of each plant, an eye meets the viewer’s gaze. These eyes do not watch—they acknowledge. They suggest awareness within connection, identity within entanglement. Rootbound reflects the quiet truth that some bonds do not erase who we are, but deepen us at the core.
